Installing the Drivers
Double-Checking Driver Installation
To ensure that the driver has installed properly for your
Windows Me system:
1 On your desktop, double-click My Computer, double-click
Control Panel, then double-click System. The System
Properties window opens.
2 Open Device Manager.
3 Click Sound, video and game controllers, and check that
Adaptec AVC-2000 PCI Device appears, as shown in the figure
below.
If the AVC-2000 doesn’t appear, see Troubleshooting Your AVC-2000
on page 25.
