Type Keyword
Type is a required keyword, indicating the array type. There is no
default value.
Note: For information about the maximum number of drives
supported and minimum number of drives required, see
page B-14.
The
Type keyword values are:
■ Vol um e
■ RAID0
■ RAID1
■ RAID5
■ RAID10

End Keyword
End is a required keyword, indicating the end of an array definition
block.

HotspareDrives Keyword
HotspareDrives is an optional keyword, specifying the spare
drives to assign to the array. Spare drives are specified in the same
way as the
Drives property. If HotspareDrives is not specified, no
spare drives are assigned to the array.
