3 Connect an RF coaxial cable from the TV In port on the

set-top box to

your TV wall jack.

4 Connect the IR blaster cable from the Adaptec AVC-3610 to

your

set-top box. You must connect the IR blaster cable to

be able to change channels.

Note: For dual-tuner connections, follow the instructions in

Step 5 on page 17.

a Plug the IR blaster cable into the IR 1 port on the Adaptec

AVC-3610.

b Peel the protective paper off the emitter end of the cable,

then adhere it over, or as close as possible to, the infrared

lens of your set-top box.
