slide into the holes in the heatsink support and that the alignment notch in
the SEC cartridge fits over the plug in Slot 1. Push the processor down
firmly, with even pressure on both sides of the top, until it is seated.

Do not screw in too tight!
6. Slide the clips on the supports (A) forward until they click into place to hold
the pegs securely. Apply slight pressure on the peg and push the peg toward
the clip while pushing the clip forward. Push the latches on the processor (B)
outward until they click into place in the retention mechanism. The latches must
be secured for proper electrical connection of the processor.
7. Attach the small end of the power cable (C in Figure 2-3) to the three-
pin connector on the processor, then attach the large end to the three-pin
connector on the motherboard.
Note on URMs: Before installing your processor, you must flip the arms
of the URM to the upright position. URMs support SEPP, SECC and SECC2
type processor packages. Some URMs have extra caps to be used with
Pentium III processors. After the processor has been installed, place a
cap on each end of the URM and push down until they snap into place.
