Bottom Mount - START HERE STEP A1 Position the Paperboard Template in center of cabinet. Make sure front of the Template is folded down along the front edge of the cabinet. STEP A2 Place a Plastic Bracket on each Slide and place those assemblies in the cabinet. STEP A3 Align the brackets on the front of the Slides to the Template cutouts. Align the outside edges of the Slides to the outside edges of the Template.

STEP A5 Remove Slides, Plastic Brackets, and Template from the cabinet. Drill 1/16” pilot holes in the marked locations. STEP A6 Attach the Plastic Brackets to the cabinet back wall using four Slide Screws. STEP A7 Insert the Slides into the Plastic Brackets and attach to the cabinet bottom using four Slide Screws. Install the Wood Drawer onto the Slides by aliging the holes in the back of the Wood Drawer with the hooks on the top of the Slides.

Side Mount (w/o Adapter Block) - START HERE STEP B1 Hold the left Slide against the inside of the cabinet face frame at desired height. Make a pencil mark at the top of the front bracket on the Slide. Use a tape measure and record the height from the bottom of the cabinet to this mark. NOTE: Take into consideration the sizes of items that will be placed in the Wood Drawer and additional Wood Drawers or other organizational products that may be installed.

HO RIZ ON TA VERTICAL LINE Step B5 Remove the Slide and hold the Plastic Bracket on the cabinet back wall making sure to line up the top of Plastic Bracket with the horizontal line made in Step B1 and the center of Plastic Bracket holes placed on the vertical line. Mark the location of the two holes in the Plastic Bracket. LL INE VERTICAL LINE HO RIZ ON TA LL INE Step B6 Drill 1/16” pilot holes in the cabinet back wall and install the Plastic Bracket using (2) Slide Screws.

Side Mount with Adapter Block - START HERE STEP C1 Prepare the Adapter Kit for use by inserting two Hex Nuts into the hex slots on one Adapter Block and threading a Phillips Screw into each Hex Nut. Repeat for the second Adapter Block. DO NOT fully tighten the Phillips Screws. Step C2 Hold the left Slide against the inside of the cabinet at the desired height. Locate the pre-drilled cabinet holes that are closest, vertically, to the center of the bracket on the Slide.

Step C5 Temporarily install the left Slide onto the left Adapter Block using two Phillips Screws. Make sure to hold the Slide Level. Use a tape measure and record the height from the bottom of the cabinet to the top of the bracket on the front of the Slide. While holding the left Slide level and parallel to the inside wall, measure from the inside wall to the center of the front hole in the top of the Slide. LEVEL LEVEL Step C6 Remove the left Slide from the Adapter Block by removing the Phillips Screws.

RIZ ON TA LL VERTICAL LINE HO VERTICAL LINE Step C7 Hold the left Plastic Bracket on the cabinet back wall making sure to line up the top of Plastic Bracket with the horizontal line made in Step C6 and the center of Plastic Bracket holes placed on the vertical line. Mark the location of the two holes in the Plastic Bracket. Repeat this step for the right Plastic Bracket.
