7.1 Fail die identification
Electronic wafer mapping covers the electrical test results and additionally the results of
mechanical/ visual inspection.
No inkdots are applied.
8. Functional description
8.1 Block description
The NTAG203 chip consists of the 168 bytes of the total memory organized in 42 user
memory EEPROM. From that amount, 144 bytes (36 pages) are available for the user
defined data.
Along with the memory, NTAG203 contains the RF-Interface and the Digital Control Unit.
Energy and data are transferred via an antenna, which consists of a coil with a few turns
directly connected to the LA and LB of the NTAG203 (see Section 5
for details). No further
external components are necessary. (For details on antenna design please refer to the
