Click Browse... and navigate to the folder where you unzipped the driver that was downloaded

earlier. Make sure the 'Include subfolders' option is checked so Windows is sure to find the driver.

Then click the Next button at the bottom.

You should see the driver installation start. During the installation you will probably see a pop-up

like below that asks if you want to allow the Adafruit driver to be installed:
