ACTUATOR SYSTEMS LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY COVERAGE IS AS
FOLLOWS:
If your ReliTouch User Management Suite USB Fingerprint Scanner experiences any
mechanical or electronic failure caused by defects in material or manufacturing workmanship
during the 2 year warranty period Actuator Systems will repair or replace the unit at Actuator
Systems expense including ground shipment expenses.
Your limited warranty is voided if any of the following conditions are true:
1. The fingerprint scanner is abused or misused
a. This includes scratches on the scanner surface or other damage.
2. Modification of the scanner or the software in any way.
3. Expedited shipping for replacement units (this is available when you submit the RMA,
you just pay the difference over ground ship).
