Warranty
All returns: Customer will need a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Return
Shipments will not be accepted unless authorized in advance and a RMA # is assigned by
Actuator Systems. Returns are subject to cancellation, transportation, handling and
restocking charges.
Once the customer receives the items, they have 7 days to return for a full refund of the
cost of the item only. All Items returned after 7 days but within the 30 days period of
purchasing will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days all sales are final.
Items must be returned to Actuator Systems or place of purchase to determine condition of
the item before refund or replacement can be issued. If the item is under warranty the
customer will receive a repaired or replaced item. If the item is damaged customer would be
responsible for the repairs or replacements of the item.
Customer pays all shipping cost unless wrong item was shipped – then Actuator Systems
pays shipping. All other cases customer is responsible for shipping.
