PART IDENTIFICATION Before you begin, take a look at the drawings below to make sure you have all the parts! The numbers in the squares to the left (key numbers) will help you identify the parts during assembly.

STEP 2 1 Blue tube long (x12) Connect the tubes (1) to the bottom holes of the plates (7). Continue attaching until you have completed the bottom ring of the geo dome. 7 Plate with 4 holes (x12) 10 M8x12mm Bolt (x24) 12 M8 Washer (x24) (1) STEP 3 2 Yellow tube (x24) (7) Connect the yellow tubes (2) to the top holes of the plates (7) from step 1. Continue attaching until you have attached all the poles to the bottom ring of the geo dome.
ASSEMBLY STEP 4 8 Plate with 6 holes (x24) 10 M8x12mm Bolt (x24) 12 M8 Washer (x24) STEP 5 3 Green tube (long) (x12) Connect the plates (8) at the two bottom holes to the tubes (2) from step 2. Continue attaching until you have attached all the plates to the tubes. Note: The poles for the next few steps do lean in towards the ground, you will need to pull them up towards you as you attach additional pieces. Having two people will help things go more smoothly.
STEP 6 2 Yellow tube (x12) 4 Green tube (short) (x12) 8 Plate with 6 holes (x6) 9-1 Plate with 5 holes (x4) 9-2 Plate with 10 holes (x2) 10 M8x12mm Bolt (x48) 11 M8x10mm Bolt (x10) Washer 12 M8 (x58) Using the parts to the above, connect two yellow tubes (2) to the top holes of two plates (8) that are side by side on the second ring of the geo dome. Now connect the top of the two yellow tubes to a 6 holes plate (8) (your tubes and plate should look like a triangle.
ASSEMBLY STEP 7 5 Red tube (x12) 10 M8x12mm Bolt (x24) 12 M8 Washer (x24) Using the parts to the left, connect the Red tubes (5) at the side holes of the plates (8)&(9) from step 5. Continue attaching until you have attached all the tubes to the plates completing the third ring of the geo dome. NOTE: We found as you continue adding rings to the geo dome, you may have to shift the assembled bars around slightly in order to line up all of the holes .
STEP 9 2 Yellow tube (x6) 10 Connect the Yellow tubes (2) at the side holes of the plates (8) from step 7. Continue attaching until you have attached all the tubes to the plates completing the fourth ring of the geo dome. M8x12mm Bolt (x12) 12 M8 Washer (x12) (2) STEP 10 6 Blue tube short (x6) You will need to attach the blue tubes (6) to the top hole of the plates (8) on the geo dome one at a time. Now connect the top 6 hole plate(8).
ASSEMBLY STEP 11 10 M8x12mm Bolt (x6) 12 Last step, you will attach the top of the Geo Dome. We have found this step can be a little easier if you have two people. M8 Washer (x6) Two people: Attach the blue tubes (6) to the one 6 hole plate (8). Now, one person will need to hold up the top piece while the other attaches each tube (6) to the top holes of the plates (8) on the geo dome. STEP 12 Congratulations on completing your Geo Dome (See, we knew you could do it!).

Now, the best way to keep your new Geo Dome in tip-top shape, is to follow this checklist periodically: At the beginning of each play season: • Tighten all hardware • Lubricate all metallic moving parts • Check metal parts for rust.

LIMITED WARRANTY Skywalker Holdings, LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. The steel frame is warranted for three (3) years after the date of purchase. All other parts are warranted for one (1) year after the date of purchase. Warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of original purchase. This warranty is only valid concerning products used for residential use.
