Device Won’t
Turn On
Battery(s) is
depleted�
Use the power supply and AC
power cord to operate the device
(with the battery(s) inserted) to
recharge the battery(s)� If this does
not resolve the problem, contact
your home care provider�
Battery(s) is not
installed correctly�
Remove the battery(s) and install
them correctly�
Screen not touched
twice�
Touch the blank screen and then
touch the On/O symbol shown on
the next screen�
Device Will Not
Trigger A Pulse
Of Oxygen
EverGo is not
turned on�
Touch the blank screen and then
touch the On/O symbol shown on
the next screen�
Cannula tubing is
kinked or twisted�
Make sure the tubing is connected
properly to the oxygen outlet port
and that it is free of any obstruction�
Device calibration Let the device run for 2 minutes
without breathing through the
cannula and then try breathing
again�
Device malfunction� Contact your home care provider�
Alarm Occurs The device needs
your attention�
