Description What To Do
1 long beep
within 2
minutes
High Breath Rate Indicator
This indicator indicates that the
users breath rate is exceeding
the capacity of the device� The
device is still working properly
and is still providing oxygen at a
rate of 1�05 liters per minute� The
sound associated with this alarm
indicator is a single long beep
that occurs within 2 minutes after
the indicator is displayed on the
LCD�
The indicator
resets itself when
breath rate is
reduced� If this
indicator occurs
on a routine basis,
contact your home
care provider
3 short beeps

3 long beeps
Technical Fault Alarm
This alarm occurs when:
a) the battery runs out or
b) the device has a general
malfunction and the unit is no
longer operating properly
The device may or may not shut
down depending on the severity
of the alarm�
Recharge the
batteries and
try to restart the
device�
If this alarm occurs
again, change to
another source
of oxygen and
contact your home
care provider
Alarm Silenced Symbol
This symbol appears when you
press the bell symbol to silence
the audible alarm (beeps)�
No further action
is needed�
