MOTOR & GEARBOX REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

TOOLS REQUIRED:

 Phillips Head Screwdriver

 Small Flat Head Screwdriver

 9/64th Allen Wrench

INSTRUCTIONS:

Turn the Power Switch OFF.

Remove the Control Box Cover. (5 Phillips Screws or 4 Phillips Screws for newer models)

Unplug the Motor from the Circuit Board.

Remove the Motor and gearbox assembly from the bottom cover using the Allen Wrench to unscrew the two (2) screws from

the motor mounting bracket.

Unplug the gearbox coupling from the rubber coupler.

Remove the motor mount bracket by removing the four (4) Allen screws from the rubber bushings.

Attach the NEW motor and gearbox. Plug the coupling into the rubber coupler.

Secure the motor mounting bracket with the two (2) screws. Plug in the motor to the Circuit Board. Replace the top cover.

5. U np lu g the g earbox co upling fro m th e rubbe r coupler.

6. R em ove the m oto r m ou nt b racket by rem o ving the (4)

A llen screw s fro m the ru bb er b ush in gs ..

7. A ttach the N E W m o to r an d gearbox.

8. Plug the c oupling into the rub ber cou pler.

9. Secure the m o to r m o unting brack et w ith the tw o (2 )

screw s.

10 . Plug in the m o tor to the C ircuit B oard.

11. R eplace the to p co ve r.
