The Autocloser must be mounted in a position with the infrared sensors aimed straight to-

ward the reflector

(Fig. 3-2).

In order to accomplish this on all of the different shaped ga-

rage door openers available, the Autocloser box will always be mounted to the power

head assembly.

TIP: The Autocloser will need to be mounted at least 2 inches left or right of the center of

the garage door opener to facilitate lining up the box and reflector.

Switch the

Autocloser to setup mode using the ON/OFF/SETUP switch on the back of the

Autocloser unit (Fig. 3-3).
