12.2 Driver Un-installation for Windows Vista /Win 7 (32 & 64 bits)
12.2.1 Method 1 – Programs and Features
1. Double click “Programs and Features” under “Control Panel”.
2. Right click on “PL-2303 USB-to-Serial” and then click on Uninstall to remove the driver. You may
get “elevation prompt” of “(UAC)” if UAC has been turned ON in your Windows Vista/Win 7 OS (see
FAQ
for details). Else a Welcome window will pop up as follows. Select “Remove” and click “Next>”.
