3.3. IP module strobes, header J1

For IP module operations, an optional "STROBE" signal is provided for each IP module sockets. This

signal is provided for general purpose use, the J1 header allows the selection for both signals with the

following assignment.

The VSBC-6862 has internals pull-ups connected to these Strobe signals.

Jumpers permit to access or connect pull-downs to these signals.

These jumpers are located near P2

The pins are assigned as follows:

Pin Signal Description

1 Strobe A Strobe for IP slot A

2 GND Ground

3 Strobe B Strobe for IP slot B

4 GND Ground

5 Strobe C Strobe for IP slot C

6 GND Ground

7 Strobe D Strobe for IP slot D

8 GND Ground
