• VNC client Real VNC version 3.3.7.0 is compatible with a VNC server with Rapport
using Tight VNC Viewer version 1.2.3.
• To support international languages (including U.S. English, French, German, Spanish,
Spanish Variation, and U.K. English), both the server and the thin client must have the
keyboard language configured for the same language. For example, to support French,
both the server keyboard and thin client keyboard must be configured to French.
Screen Lock
Wyse Screen Lock allows users to lock the thin client using the Ctrl+Alt+Del key
combination or local screen saver timeout. After locking, the user is required to enter the
Citrix Program local terminal credential to unlock the thin client.
Notable Features
Wyse Screen Lock includes the following notable features:
• Lock the thin client using the local terminal screen lock.
• All activated sessions (ICA/RDP/TEC/IE) cannot be accessed until the thin client is
unlocked.

Virtual Channel 2.0 provides the following support to the
Winterm™ 3 series Thin Client:
• Provides the ability to lock all opened ICA sessions by using the server when the
screen saver time-out has been activated.
• Provides the ability to unlock all opened and locked ICA sessions using the server
log-in authentication instead of local thin client authentication.

Wyse Screen Lock ICA™ Virtual Channel 2.0 includes the following notable features:
• Lock all opened ICA sessions - Screen Lock ICA Virtual Channel uses Citrix Virtual
Channel to communicate with the Citrix MetaFrame Server to provide the ability to lock
all opened ICA sessions.
• Unlock all opened and locked ICA sessions using server log-in authentication - Since
the ICA sessions are locked using a server lock mechanism (not the Winterm™ 3
series local security), you can unlock a locked ICA session using server authentication.
• Easy to use interface - Enable or disable the Screen Lock ICA™ Virtual Channel in the
Winterm™ 3 series user interface.
