VTGO-PC Error Descriptions
Error Message Description
Failed to register with CallManager. Please
verify that the phone template is of 7960, and
check the MAC settings.
This error occurs when CallManager fails to
register MAC Address (contact your
CallManager administrator)
VTGO could not connect to the CallManager(s)
probably because there is no network
connection. Please fix it to continue.
There is no network connection
VTGO could not connect to the CallManager(s)
because the CallManagers are down nor
inaccessible.
Check on them and continue.
CallManager is down while VTGO-PC is trying to
register
VTGO could not open the notifications device
that you specified. The default audio device is
being used instead.
VTGO could not open the desired notification
audio device, although the default system audio
device is okay
VTGO could not open the call progress tones
device that you specified. The default audio
device is being used instead.
VTGO-PC could not open the desired call

Use the "EndCall" button, hang-up the USB
device, or click-on the active line to terminate
your call and then VTGO will attempt to re-
establish communications with the CallManager.

verify the IP address of the
CallManager and contact your administrator for
more details.
VTGO-PC cannot reach the CallManager
Unfortunately, the VPN connection you just
established could not reach the CallManager.

The active USB Telephony device has been
removed from the computer.
Please plug it back in and re-select it from the

connection selected could not be established.
