• Station MAC address: The MAC address of the PC or laptop on which VTGO-PC is installed.
In most cases VTGO-PC will populate this field automatically.
• SRST is Cisco's Survivable Remote Site Telephony. This provides a less feature-rich version of
the application in case the CallManager goes down.
