Configuring the

Modem’s Utilities

This chapter explains how to use the Modem’s utilities, including how to restore

default settings, upgrade the Modem’s firmware, and perform a ping test.

Accessing the Utilities Screens

To a c c e s s t h e U t i l i t i e s c o n f i gu r a t i o n s c r e e n s , f o l l o w t h e s e i n s t r uc t i o n s :

1. Open a Web browser. In the “Address” text box, type:

http://192.168.0.1

then press Enter on the keyboard.

2. The Main screen appears. Click Utilities.
