Options – General – Alerts and Sounds
On this page you can:
• Work with ringtones. You can import a ringtone (a .
WAV file). You can play to try it out. You can activate one
ringtone. You can delete a ringtone.
• Set up eyeBeam to bring the softphone to the front automatically
when a call comes in.
• Set up eyeBeam to display the Call Alert box (see right) when a call
comes in either always, or only when the softphone is not visible.
