8.1 Using Advanced Settings
To access the FiOS Router’s Advanced Settings, click Advanced at the top of
the Home screen. Click Yes in the Warning screen, and the “Advanced” screen
appears.
The following settings are explained in this chapter:
Diagnosticss - perform diagnostic tests on the FiOS Router
Restores Defaults - reset the FiOS Router to its default settings
Reboots Router - restart the FiOS Router
MACs Cloning - clone MAC addresses
ARPs Table - display active devices and their IP and MAC addresses, etc.
Userss - create and manage remote users
Quality of Service (QoS)s - explained in Appendix A of this manual
Local Administrations - allows the user to grant local Telnet access
Remote Administrations - explained in chapter 4 of this manual
Dynamic DNSs - configure Dynamic DNS settings
DNS Servers - manage the local (LAN) network for host name and IP address
