4. Using the actiDisk RDX Removable Disk Utility
4.1 Overview
The actiDisk RDX Utility is a Windows
®
application that allows you to diagnose problems with your actiDisk RDX docking
station. With the utility, you can:
• Identify actiDisk RDX docking station attached to your computer.
• Retrieve device and cartridge status information.
• Test the docking station and the cartridge.
• Upgrade docking station fi rmware.
4.2 Using Removable Disk Utility
To run the actiDisk RDX Utility for Windows:
Click Start ➔ All Programs ➔ actiDisk RDX ➔ actiDisk RDX Utility.
For instructions on using removable disk utility, click Help.
If the software is not installed on your computer, see the section „Installing Utility Software for Windows“ for
installation instructions.
