11:IGB Sync Erro The synchronisation within the in-
verter is faulty as the configuration
was stopped by POSITool. This
cause can only occur when the IGB
state = 3:Motionbus and the motor is
powered.
• Start the configuration in the in-
verter.
• If the result occurs with this
cause for a running configura-
tion, the inverter must be sent in
for repair. Please contact our ser-
vice department, see section 1.4

12:IGB ConfigTim An IGB Motionbus consumer module
or producer module in the graphical
programming was called up at the
wrong time. The module was called
up too early or closed too late. This
cause can only occur when the IGB
state = 3:Motionbus and the motor is
powered.
Adjust the run-time sequence of the
modules, transfer the changed con-
figuration to the inverter and save it
there. Restart the inverter.
Switch the device off/on or
programmed acknowledge-
ment.
13:IGBPartnerSyn There is a synchronisation malfunc-
tion for another subscriber in the IGB
network (see cause 11). This sub-
scriber reported its malfunction via
A163. As a result, this inverter is also
faulty with cause 13. This cause can
only occur when the IGB state =
3:Motionbus and the motor is pow-
ered.
Check the inverter that displays
event 52 with cause 11.
