4.2 Available operations
You can perform the following operations on the computer.
Back up and restore data, including system disks/partitions
Click Backup or Recovery, then follow the wizard’s instructions. See details in
Chapte 5.

Schedule backup operations
Click Tasks in the Manage Tasks group or select the Task Scheduling category on the
sidebar to navigate to the Scheduled Tasks window. Then click the Create button on the
toolbar and follow the wizard’s instructions. See details in

Browse logs of Acronis True Image Home operation
Click Logs in the Manage Tasks group or select the Show Log tool on the sidebar to
navigate to the Event Log window. See details in

Set up backup/restore options, such as backup process priority or files overwriting
mode.
Select Tools -> Options -> Default backup options or Default restoration options
and make settings. See details in

Set up sending notifications about Acronis True Image Home operation
Select Tools -> Options -> Notifications and make settings. See details in

Create backup locations
Create a folder with special properties for storing backup archives. Click Create and
Configure Backup Locations in the Tools group or select the Backup Locations
category on the sidebar to navigate to the Manage Backup Locations window. Then select
Create Backup Location and follow the wizard’s instructions. See details in

Edit backup locations
Edit the backup storage folder’s properties. Click Create and Configure Backup
Locations in the Tools group or select the Backup Locations category on the sidebar to
navigate to the Manage Backup Locations window. Then select Edit Backup Location and
follow the wizard’s instructions. See details in

Delete backup locations
Delete the backup storage folder with special properties. Click Create and Configure
Backup Locations in the Tools group or select the Backup Locations category on the
sidebar to navigate to the Manage Backup Locations window. Then select Delete Backup
Location and follow the wizard’s instructions. See details in

Manage Acronis Secure Zone (create, delete, resize, remove or change
password)
Click Manage Acronis Secure Zone in the Tools group on the sidebar, then follow the
wizard’s instructions. You can also access this wizard via the Backup Locations category.
