1.4 Configuring the OU structure for the customer
As described in the paragraph above users should be placed in the root OU.
To do so change the property configurations to provision customers’ OU without
“({CustomerShortName})”, and make the flat OU structure so that the users are created inside
the root of the customer’s OU. Go to Configuration > System Manager > Control Panel
Properties page, find “CustomerOUName” and “UserStructureEnabled” properties, and change
to the below values:
After the above update, click on “Refresh Local Cache” at the bottom of the page, and then
return to “System Management” via the link at the top of the page.
The customer’s OU structure should look like below after re-provisioning.
