MANUAL DISCHARGE
CABLE ASSEMBLIES
Sea-re FG or FD manual/automatic models require a
discharge cable assembly for manual discharge of the
extinguishing system. Discharge cables are available
in 2 increments from 6 to 20. Each cable assembly
kit includes a pull handle, cable, escutcheon plate,
safety pin, tie and instructions.

FD & FG MANUAL/AUTOMATIC
FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM
Designed to protect enclosed compartments. Ideal for marine engine compartment
protection. The unit deploys automatically following the detection of heat energy, delivering
optimum extinguishing performance in just seconds. For res just beginning or those
electrical in nature that smoke or smoulder a manual operation option in which a cable
release located outside the engine compartment may be pulled for safe deployment of
extinguishing agent. These FD and FG series systems are Approved by Transport Canada
to be installed on board Canadian registered vessels for machinery spaces, cargo pump
rooms and other enclosed areas with ammable & combustible liquid hazards. The system is
not acceptable for cargo hold protection. Uses FM-200 approved extiguishing agent.
