¦ Unplug e quipm ent be fore cleaning. Don’t use liquid or spra y deterg ent; u se a moist cloth.
¦ Keep e quipm ent aw ay from excessive hum idity and h eat. Prefe rabl y, keep it in a n air -co nditioned e nvir onme nt with
tem perature s not exceeding 40º Celsius (104º F ahrenheit).
¦ When insta lling, place the equipme nt on a stu rd y, leve l su rface to prevent it from accidentally falling a nd causing da m
ag e to other equipme nt or injur y to persons nearb y.
¦ When the eq uipm ent is in an open position, do not cove r, block o r in any way o bstruct the gap be tw een it and the
po wer suppl y. Proper air con vect ion is necessary to k eep it from overheating.
¦ Arrange the e quipm ent ’s pow er cord in such a way that others w o n’t trip or fall o ver it.
¦ If you are using a power cord th at didn’t ship w ith the equipmen t, ensure that it is rated for the voltage an d cur rent
labeled o n the equipment ’s electric al ratings label. T he vo ltage ra ting on the cord should be higher tha n the one listed
on the equipment ’s rat ings label.
¦ Ob serv e all precautions a nd warnings at tached to t he eq uipm ent.
¦ If you don’t intend on u sing the e quipment for a long time, disconnect it f rom the power outlet to p reven t being da m
ag ed by tr ansien t ove r -voltag e.
¦ Keep a ll liquids away fr om the eq uipm ent to minimize the risk of accidental spillage . Liquid spilled on to the pow er
supply or on other hardware may cause damage, fire or electrical shock.
¦ On ly qua lified service personnel should open the chassis. O pe ning it yourself could dama ge the equipm ent an d invali
da te its w arra nt y.
¦ If a ny part of the equipment becom es damag ed or stops functioning, h ave it c hecked by qualified service perso nnel.
