¦ Unplug equipm ent before cleanin g. D on’t u se liquid or spray deterg ent; use a moist cloth.
¦ Keep equ ipm ent aw ay from e xcessive humidity and h e at. Pre fe rabl y, keep it in an air -conditioned envir onment with
tem p eratures not exce eding 40 º Celsius (104 º F ahre nheit).
¦ When installing, pla ce the eq u ipment on a sturd y, leve l surface to prevent it from accidentally falling and causing dam
ag e t o other equipment or injur y to p ersons nearb y.
¦ When th e e quipment is in an open p ositio n, do not cove r, block or in any way obstruct the gap be tw een it a nd the
po wer su ppl y. Proper air convection is necessary to k eep it from ove rhe ating.
¦ Arrange the e quipm ent ’s po w er cord in such a way that others w on’t trip or fall o ver it.
¦ If you are using a power cord that didn’t ship w ith th e equipment, ensu re t hat it is rated for the voltage an d cur rent
labeled on the equipm ent ’s electric al ra tings label. T he vo ltage rating on the cord sho uld be higher than th e one listed
on the e qu ipment ’s ratings lab el.
¦ Ob serv e all precaut ions a nd w arnin gs attache d to the equipment.
¦ If you don’t intend on u sing t he equipm e nt for a long time, disconn ect it from the powe r outlet to p re vent being dam
ag ed by tr ansient over -voltage.
¦ Keep all liquids away fr om the equipm en t to minimize the risk of accidental spillage. Liqu id spilled on to th e pow er
supply o r o n other hardware may cause damage, fire o r e lectrical shock.
¦ On ly q ua lified service p ersonnel should open the chassis. O pening it yourself could damage the equipm en t and inva li
da te its w arra n t y.
¦ If a ny part of the equipme nt become s damaged o r stops f un ctio ning, have it c hecked by qualified se rvice personne l.
