¦ Unplug equ ipm ent be fore cleaning. D on ’t use liquid or spray deterg ent; use a m oist cloth.
¦ Keep equipm ent aw ay fro m excessive hum id ity and heat. Pre fera bl y, keep it in an air -co nditione d envir onment with
tem peratures not exceeding 40º Celsius (104 º F ahrenhe it).
¦ When installing, pla ce the equipment on a sturd y, leve l surface to preve nt it fro m accidentally falling and causing d am
ag e to other e qu ipme nt or injur y to perso ns nearb y.
¦ When the e quipment is in an o pen position, d o not cove r, block or in any way obstruct the gap betw ee n it and the
po we r sup pl y. Proper air convection is necessary to k eep it from overheating .
¦ Arrange the equipm ent ’s power cord in such a way that othe rs w o n’t trip or fall o ver it.
¦ If you are using a power cord that didn’t ship w ith the equipment, en su re that it is ra ted for the vo ltage an d cur ren t
labeled on the equipment ’s electric al ratings lab el. T he volta ge ra ting on the cord sho uld b e higher th an the on e listed
on the equipment ’s rat ings label.
¦ Ob serv e all precautions and w arnin gs attached to the equip ment.
¦ If you do n’t inten d on using the eq uip ment for a lon g time, d isconn ect it from the power outlet to prevent being da m
ag ed by tr ansient over -voltage.
¦ Keep all liquids away fr om the equipment to m inimize the risk of a ccidental spillage. Liquid spilled on to the pow e r
supply or o n other hardware m ay cause damag e, fire or e lectrical shock.
¦ On ly qualified service pe rsonne l should open th e chassis. O pening it you rself cou ld damage the e quipm ent and invali
da te its warran t y.
¦ If a ny part of the equipment becomes d amaged or stops functioning, have it c hecked by qualified service personnel.
