5.Q/D(1/4 or 1/10)－－The fraction. This function is only enabling at unit FT

the Q/D LED glows on, that is counted in tenth (1/10). And the LED is off that is
counted in quarter (1/4). The digits after decimal point in quarterization will be 0.00、
0.25、0.50 and 0.75.
