• Consists of two spring loaded check valves with an atmospheric vent
located between the two checks
• Quick acting check valves prevent unnecessary vent discharge
• Manufactured with 300 series stainless steel
• Silicon rubber check valve discs

• Stainless steel strainer screen provided on the inlet to prevent check
fouling due to debris in the supply water line

Designed for installation on carbonated beverage dispensing systems, as well as non-carbonat-
ed systems, to prevent carbon dioxide (CO ) gas or carbonated water from coming in contact
with copper potable water supply line. The 740’s stainless steel construction ensures superior
corrosion resistance for increased longevity.
The Model 740 can be installed in the horizontal or
vertical position. Under certain conditions the Model
740 may discharge water from the vent port. Provisions
must be made to ensure that discharge will not damage
surrounding property or equipment. Copper tubing shall
not be used downstream of the Model 740.
