The Wilkins 975XLHBM is designed to provide measurement of potable water from a temporary
connection such as a fire hydrant. The 975XLHBM protects against both backpressure and backsi-
phonage of contaminants while accurately metering the volume for proper water billing. This will
ensure that the water purveyor has a protected potable supply while also generating income due
to accurate metering and assembly rental. The 975XLHBM is equipped with 2 – 1/2” fire hydrant
inlet and 2 – 1/2” fire hose outlet and is capable of a maximum intermittent flow rate of 250 gpm.
