Designed to protect against backflow in residential and smaller commercial fire systems, the
Wilkins 950XLTDABF double check detector assembly offers an alternative to the larger flanged
detector assemblies that are typically used. Constructed around the 2” 950XLT, the
950XLTDABF utilizes a meter and ¾” 350 by-pass to detect the unauthorized use or leaking
of water in a residential fire protection system. Available with either OS&Y (XLTDA) or butterfly
(XLTDABF) shut-off valves, the 950XLTDABF will satisfy the design criteria of any residential fire
system that requires a short, light-weight double check detector assembly where a health haz-
ard does not exist.
