The 90 series pressure reducing valves are the perfect choice for reducing pressure in drip irrigation
applications. Its balanced piston design makes this regulator smooth and highly responsive. Further,
the 0 - 50 psi adjustment range, with very precise control, lends itself very well to those drip systems that
demand precise pressure control in order to maintain system longevity. Available in 3/4” and 1” sizes,
the Model 90 is also ideal for use in the poultry industry for controlling pressure to watering stations.
Local codes shall govern installation requirements. Unless otherwise specified, the assembly shall be mounted in accordance with the manufacturers’ in-
structions and the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. The assembly shall be installed with sufficient side clearance for testing and maintenance.
The Model 90 may be installed in any position. Multiple installations are recommend for wide demand variations or where the desired pressure reduction
is more than 4 to 1 (ie: 200 psi inlet reduced to 50 psi outlet). CAUTION: Anytime a reducing valve is adjusted, a pressure gauge (Model HGI-25) must be
used downstream to verify correct pressure setting. Do not bottom out adjustment bolt on bell housing.
