Wilkins fire valve line has been expanded to include the new 4000 series! The ZW4000 and ZW4004 have received
ALL their approvals and are in full production. The 4000 series is a factory set in-line maintainable valve, and as with
the 2100 and 3000 series valves, the new 4000 series valves have lettered curve settings to specify the valves set
point. See the instruction and maintenance sheets for all valve curve information and details on how to find the
curve setting that fits your needs. The web site has been updated with a new tool to help calculate your valves’ letter
set point, go to www.zurn.com under the Wilkins fire valve section to use this effective valve setting calculator.
• ALL 4000 SERIES CURVE SETTINGS ARE NOW APPROVED AND AVAILABLE (N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U) See instruction
sheets for curve information.
• All ZW4000 and ZW4004 valves part numbers need to contain the options and valve set
point when ordering. For example: a ZW4004 with a grooved connection and a set point of “P” will be or-
dered as a ZW4004G-P. Contact your manufacturer’s representative or the Wilkins with any questions.
