TROUBLESHOOTING

AclaraONE
The first step when investigating DCU issues is to check AclaraONE. Follow the
menu path AclaraONE > Synergize RF > Equipment > DCUs > Details or
AclaraONE > STAR > Equipment > DCUs > Details to view the DCU Details
window.

RF sources interfering with the DCU
