Views Chapter 3. Concepts
Design Port Names Enabled
Displays the RTL port names of placed instances under the
current mouse position in the tooltip text.
Labels The Label options control the text labels on objects in the Package view.

None Disabled
Disables the display of label text in the package graphic.
Pad Site Names Disabled
Displays the pad site name in the package graphic
Ball Names Enabled
Displays the package ball name in the package graphic.
Group Names Disabled
Displays the I/O group name in the package graphic
IO Port Names Disabled
Displays the device port (FPGA I/O) name in the package
graphic.
IO Use Disabled
Indicates the group type: B = byte lane; G = general
purpose; C = clock capable
IO LVDS Polarity Disabled
Displays the polarity (P or N) of the I/O buffer in the
package graphic. P = positive polarity; N = negative
polarity
IO Clock and Reset
Capability
Disabled
Displays the clock and reset capability of the I/O buffer in
the package graphic. D = data only; RD = reset and data
capable; CRD = clock, reset, and data capable
Instance Names Disabled
Displays the netlist instance name in the package graphic
Design Port Names Disabled
This option displays the RTL port names on placed
instances.
