If the player fails to operate or if you feel it needs servicing, turn off the player, unplug it and contact an Acesonic dealer or service center. The KOD-1000 supports NTSC, a broadcast format generally found in the U.S., Canada, most countries in South America, Japan, South Korea and the Philippines.
