Templates (2-3)
With this function, you can use the messages already stored in the phone memory.
You can also write and save messages of your own and use them any time you
want.
To use the messages already stored in the phone memory:
After you press to enter this function, press to select from Emergency,
Notify, Inquiry, Appointment and Greeting, then press and choose from
the messages in each category. After you press to pick a desired message,
you can revise the message again. When done, press and select “Send” or
“Save”:
Send: Press and enter the receiver’s number, or press twice to use the
number in the phone book. Finally press to send or press to cancel.
Save: Press , then enter the receiver’s number. Finally, press to save the
message in Outbox, or press to cancel.
To write and save your own messages:
Press to enter Templates, select Personal and press , then use to
pick a blank message out of ten. Long press and key in the message you
want. When done, press and the message will be saved in this category.
Next time you want to use this saved message, please enter this category again,
pick out the message with , and press again to choose “Send” or “Save”:
Send: Press and enter the receiver’s number, or press twice to use the
number in the phone book. Finally press to send or press to cancel.
Save: Press , then enter the receiver’s number. Finally, press to save the
message in Outbox, or press to cancel.
