Why can’t I connect to
the Play Store?
1. First check that you have a Wi-Fi or data
connection (some Wi-Fi "hotspots" require
you to log in before accessing the internet)
and then try again.
2. If you still cannot connect, try adjusting your
date/time settings. Open Settings > Date &
time and turn Automatic date & time off.
3. Manually adjust the time and then try to
reconnect to the Play Store.
