1 Power button/
backlight control
As a power button:
• If the device is off, press the button to
turn it on. The power LED indicator on
the front panel lights up green.
• If the device is on, press the button to
turn it off. The power LED indicator also
turns off.
As a backlight control:
• Press and hold to activate or
deactivate the screen backlight.
2 Soft reset button Press to perform a soft reset if the device
freezes (i.e., device no longer responds to
the buttons on the screen).
3 8-pin cradle connector Connects the device to the cradle, which
in turn connects to the car mount.
