This field determines the maximum
number of pages that can be handled by
the memory controller. The default value
is 32. This field should be programmed
before enabling the memory and should
not be changed during normal operation.
A value that is equal to 0 is invalid.

When this bit is 1, CNB20HE uses high drive
buffers for the Memory Address/Control
signals.
When this bit is 0 (default), the CNB20HE
uses the low drive buffers for the Memory
Address/Control signals.

Buffer Select
When this bit is 1, CNB20HE uses high drive
buffers for the Memory Data signals.
When this bit is 0 (default), the CNB20HE
uses the low drive buffers for the Memory
Data signals.
Note: BIOS programs this bit based on the
number of DIMMs populated in the
system.
