correct supply
It is not power board problem.
Check power switch whether if turn on

Check D804 and R807 whether to be damaged

have same short circuit or the output
+5V/+22V is over load
Check D809, D810, C818, C824, C823, C822, T802 w hether to
be dam aged.
Check feedback circuit around I802, I803 and
the other components and repair them
