Threshold
Clicking the THRESHOLD tab brings up the PIM THRESHOLD CONFIGURATION
page. The parameters for this page are shown in the following table.
Parameter Description
Component ID This parameter specifies a number uniquely identifying
the component.
Group Address This parameter represents the multicast group, for
which the switch advertises itself as the candidate RP.
Group Mask This parameter specifies the subnet mask, which when
combined with the group address gives the group
prefix.
RP Address This parameter represents the IP address of the
Candidate-RP.
