External Aggregation
Clicking the EXT AGGREGATION tab brings up the OSPF AS EXTERNAL
AGGREGATION CONFIGURATION page, which allows you to configure OSPF
external aggregation parameters. The parameters for this page are
shown in the following table.
Advertise This parameter specifies the advertise option as
Advertise Matching or Do Not Advertise Matching .
External Tag This parameter is not used by the OSPF protocol itself.
It may be used to communicate information between
AS boundary routers. The precise nature of this
information is outside the scope of OSPF.
Parameter Description
Network This parameter specifies the external network address.
Mask This parameter specifies the network mask.
Area ID This parameter specifies the Area identifier.
