Parameter Description
VLAN ID This parameter specifies the VLAN ID.
MAC Address This parameter specifies the destination MAC address
of the received packet.
Receive Port This parameter specifies the port on which the packet
was received.
Allowed Ports This parameter specifies the list of ports on which the
received packet, with the above set MAC address (if
received from the configured port) can be forwarded.
Forbidden Ports This parameter specifies the list of ports on which the
received packet, with the above set MAC address (if
received from the configured port) must NOT be
forwarded.
Status You can choose to set this configuration to any one of
the following types:
• Permanent – This configuration resides even after
restart of the switch.
•
DeleteOnReset – This configuration deletes the entry
on restart.
•
DeleteOnTimeout – This configuration deletes the
entry on expiration of the ageing timer.
