Description Data for disk block has been lost due to logical drive problem.
Cause Data retained in RAID cache for a Write-Back Logical Drive cannot be
stored to the physical medium because of logical drive problem.
The logical drive problem might be caused by multiple physical
medium errors, multiple physical devices offline, or other reasons.
Action Ensure that all the physical disks related to the logical drive, disk
channel, enclosure, or cabling are functional and accessible. Repair or
replace them if necessary.
