3.4.4 Hard Disk ID Switch Settings
The backplane board comes with seven ID switches that allow you to
define up to 16 hard disk IDs.
Figure 3-35 illustrates the switch settings with the corresponding hard
disk IDs.

Normally, hard disk ID7 is assigned to the
SCSI controller board.
