Customizing the Viewer

You can choose to display the toolbar or the status bar in the Viewer, modify and

save the size and position of the Viewer, and change the background color of the

Viewer.

Displaying the toolbar or status bar in the Viewer

You can show or hide the toolbar or status bar in the Viewer from the View menu.

To show or hide an area of the Viewer:

1. Click View.

2. Select one of the following:

• Toolbar

• Status Bar

Changing the size and position of the Viewer

You can modify and save the size and position of the Viewer.

To position the Viewer in a new location and save that location:

1. Drag the title bar to a new location.

2. Click View | Save Window Position.

To set the Viewer to always use a specific size and position:

1. Click Tools | Options.

2. In the Options dialog box, click Viewer | Window.

3. On the Window page, select the Fix window size radio button.

4. To save the current window position, select the Save window

position check box.

5. Click OK.
